This beautiful house is situated
in the small village Vinisce, 20 km far from
Trogir, westwards. It is in a gorgeous cove,
protected from strong winds, very suitable
for sailing. The house is directly by the
sea. There is a large concrete surface for
sunbathing in front.
The apartment disposes of two bedrooms (with
two beds each) and a living room (25sqm) with
two supplementary beds. The apartment is suitable
for 4+2 persons. There is a separate, completely
equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace
for sunbathing as well as another roofed terrace
with the barbecue.
The owner inhabits the ground floor so both
terraces on the first floor are used exclusively
by the guests.
There is a parking lot in front of the house.
If you are interested in fishing there is
a possibility to accompany the owner.
You can hop to the self-service shop if you
want to buy fresh bread, meat, fruit and vegetables.
Fresh fish can be bought directly from fishermen.
The post office is in Marina, 8 km far.
The reservation is made by payment of 20%
